Graphic Storytelling Workshop
We were lucky enough to have Judith Vanistendael and Eva Hilhorst visit us for a workshop at the University of Cumbria, based on their ongoing project based on the flooding in the area.

Timed Portraits
The first exercise of the day was to create a series of timed portraits, starting with 10 minutes and culminating in a 5 second portrait.
I have put each of the portraits in order o show how my style changed as we were allowed less time.

Drawing Without Looking & Simultaneous Drawing
The next exercise was to draw our drawing partner without looking at the page, I actually really liked this exercise because it allowed me to loosen up.
But my favourite by far was the simultaneous drawing on the right, I liked the challenge of drawing with both hands at once and the effect that it created.
